I recommended using a commercial product, such as Oxy-Powder or Colonix, as these are definitely the most easiest to use.

While you are cleansing, you should also start to make changes to your diet and lifestyle. You may choose to work with a nutritionist, as they are very knowledgeable in this area.

2) Maintenance. Once you have cleansed your colon you need to maintain its healthy condition. You can do this by continuing with the cleansing product in conjunction with eating a healthy, well-balanced diet, drinking plenty of water and getting regular exercise.

3) Regular cleansing. You should cleanse the colon regularly with a colon cleansing product, to ensure that it is kept clean and functional. This is especially important if you have had a period of time where your diet has been less than healthy.

As you can see, when it comes to the process of how to colon cleanse, it is actually very simple. The most important point is to use a colon cleansing product and method you are comfortable with and can follow. Remember, if your colon is blocked this can effect the rest of your body and so it is important to take every possible step towards ensuring your colon is in the best condition as possible.
