As a final step, you will need to add specific herbs and foods that are known to help cleanse the colon. Herbs that you can use include ginger, cayenne pepper, senna and aloe leaf. Specific foods include lemon juice, cayenne, grape juice and apple cider vinegar. These herbs and foods can be used in juicers or drinks, or consumed with your meals.
